FUEL Brand Ambassador, Colin Turkington, has announced today he is to continue his successful partnership with Team BMW and West Surrey Racing (WSR) for the 2018 British Touring Car Championship (BTCC).

Returning to WSR last year, Colin was delighted and extremely proud to play a major part in helping them to retain the Teams and Manufacturing title for BMW. Colin himself was only a few points and one race short, of delivering the ultimate prize of a third BTCC championship title last October.

After the final race of last season’s championship at Silverstone, Colin and the team had already shown their commitment to each other, by commencing a seven week winter testing program. Sharing his passion for testing and race car development with team principle Dick Bennetts, and the team’s engineers, Colin is keen to build on the success of last season, and is now focusing his full attention on the 2018 season.

The staff at FUEL will continue to watch with interest, Colin’s progress throughout the season and wish him every success in this year’s BTCC championship.
